This is a wonderful litte tree, well cared for and exactly as described. It was packed carefully and shipped overnight. Frankly, this kit is a bargain!

The trees arrived in great shape, well protected. One of the three pots had been damaged during transportation, all I had to do is send an email with a picture and a few days later I received a new one.

Excellent-looking tree with exposed root style. Tiny leaves with lovely green colour. Arrived well packaged and safe. Could not have been more pleased. I look forward to the tree blooming this summer. This company has always treated me right. Lauraine has been the easiest person to deal with on the phone and has gone above and beyond to help me. All the trees I have ordered have arrived healthy. There is nothing for me to do except help this Bonsai reach its full potential.

My tree arrived with most of the leaves dried up but I think thay is mostly from UPS delaying the arrival of my package for 6 days once it was already on route. I emailed my concerns with the plant to Zen Garden and Bonsai and they replied quickly with instructions on how to care for my tree to get it healthy again. The packaging was very well done and each tree came with details on the type of tree as well as instructions on unpacking, how to contact in case of unhealthy trees and how to water and care for them! Overall I am impressed with the effort put in by Zen Garden and Bonsai and pleased with the beautiful trees, I will be recommending them to my friends and will continue to give them my business in the future!!
