I was pleasantly surprised with how well the tree was packaged. It arrived fast and in perfect health. It only lost one leaf which I call a miracle with how post services seems to play soccer with packages. I wasn't expecting the pamphlets with care advices which are greatly appreciated. Bonus point for the pot that fits my decor:') Im already thinking of buying again
