I have purchased 6 Bonsai Trees from Lorraine. My first one I purchased at a checkout in Grocery store (US) did not knew what it was. Since then I have met highly professional, helpful knowledgeable Lorraine and would not even consider to purchase from any one else.
Plant came yesterday , on time, great shape new petals….. happy , happy.
