I ordered for the first time on Zen, not knowing what to expect. Lorraine was great in communicating everything to me, timing instructions, anything else. I also decided to add to my order, some tools and wire without any problems. I was extremely happy when i opened my box and saw the tree, it was beautiful and very healthy. Packed with a lot of attention to detail and care, it looks like it was never transported at all. My 2nd Bonsai and first from Zen. I won't go anywhere else from now on.
