I recieved the plant in good condition, with only one small branch that was broken. Pretty good considering the travel distance of the package. I'm very pleased with my new bonsai, it's growing well and overall structure of tree is very suitable for shaping.
Thank you very much, and I'm looking forward to getting my next order soon.
My tree arrived healthy and in great condition, in a timely manner. I have dove head first into caring for my bonsai, I treat my tree like a child. And the customer service is great.
I’ve recently noticed signs of aphid activity on my tree. I was wondering if there was I way to help treat it, without causing to much stress to my tree. I’ve only had it for a couple weeks and don’t want to put it through another stress cycle by treating it aggressively for aphids. Any help would be appreciated. In the meantime I will be continuing to research potential solutions. Thank you.
Excellent customer service and beautiful bonsai!
I randomly decided to to buy a bonsai one day. I did some googling and came upon Zengarden. I'm glad I did, the selection was amazing, the plants were healthy, shipping was quick and I don't think they could've been more carefully packaged. Maybe if she had hand delivered them but that would be impossible lol. Overall a great experience and will be purchasing from them again soon.
Well rooted
