This Bonsai is awesome and the package arrived very robustly packaged and heat pack included . , well potted in a great bonsai pot. Substrate was optimal for all preferences. Plant is very healthy and thriving. I will definitely be ordering from here in the future.
I wanted to order the a bonsai as a gift for a colleague in Toronto (I’m in Montreal). All this just before the holidays and Canada Post strike and courriers were swamped. Additionally there were only certain days that the office was open. Lorraine was so flexible w/ changes of delivery dates and also found a beautiful plant in the greenhouse. My friend loves the gift.
